ToughDisk®
ruggedized disks are available in two form factors, standard 3-1/2
inch and high-cycle hot-swappable disk modules. Multiple interfaces are
supported. The drives are sealed against humidity, dust and pressure changes,
provide integral vibration and shock isolation and operate over extreme
temperatures.
Capacities vary and will grow with commercial disk drive capacity. We have a
patent pending on ToughDisk and a strong reseller network established throughout
North America, Scandanavia, and Europe. ToughDisk products are being used in
military applications around the world including all branches of the United
States military. |

ToughDisk 3500 3.5" Rugged Hard Disk
ToughDisk 3500 bridges the gap
between conventional hard disks and expensive solid-state solutions, providing
much of solid-state’s performance in a conventional 3.5" disk form factor.
ToughDisk 7200 Hot-Swap Serial ATA Diskpack
TD7200 is a low-cost alternative to
solid state data storage built specifically for extreme environments. ToughDisk
performs reliably in temperature, shock, vibration, humidity and dust conditions
that would destroy conventional hard disks, at less than 10% of the cost of
solid-state storage.
