The Mobile Manager is designed and manufactured for Navtrak in Salisbury, MD. It provides monitoring, mapping and reporting for mobile fleet operators.

The Navtrak Mobile Manager is mounted in a vehicle (delivery truck, school bus, service vehicle, taxi cab, etc.) for the purpose of fleet management. The technology employs a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver module and a wireless modem for Internet connectivity from a moving vehicle, both controlled by a small microcontroller. All of the components are housed in a small, rugged package suitable for service in the semi-harsh environment of trucks and similar fleet vehicles. By paying a monthly subscription fee to Navtrak, the fleet owner receives information on that vehicle (positional tracking, speed, start/stop history, and temperature) via the Internet.
