Four new collaborative products released to simplify and reduce costs
associated with IFE data transport

Moorestown, NJ (September 16, 2003)…Innovative Media Solutions (IMS) of Anaheim, California and Formation, Inc. of Moorestown, New Jersey have formed a strategic alliance to offer turn-key content delivery and management products to the in-flight entertainment (IFE) industry.

Four new collaborative products resulting from the strategic alliance were unveiled at last week’s World Airline Entertainment Association Conference in Seattle, WA and include:

• Terminal Cellular Bridge -- a permanently installed on-ground wireless data transport device that supports low-volume data exchange between an aircraft and the Internet.

• Terminal Data Loader -- a permanently-installed content loading device with built-in hardware decryption that supports high-volume data delivery to aircraft via removable media including AIT tape, DVD, and CD, and supports wireless low-volume data exchange between an aircraft and the Internet.

• Digital Media Reproducer-- an aircraft digital video/audio replay server.

• Media Loader -- a permanently installed digital decryption and content loading device designed to operate with the DMR.
